Unopened items sold by Shop Icon in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for items sold on Shop Icon begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered, etc. Some items sold by Shop Icon have a modified return policy, contact customer service in order to see if your item has a modified return policy.
Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. In the case an item has been delivered in a damaged condition, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of the item being delivered to be eligible for a return.
